It was my trial version of Mcafee Anti-virus that I never subscribed to, because I was a free anti-virus called AVG Free. Once I removed Mcafee Anti-virus program and its remnants and reinstalled Broadband2Go, I had no further problems with my Broadband2Go USB. However, I am unable to connect with the KOA wifi service. My husband, who does not have the Broadband2go is able to connect to the park's wifi service. I have removed the Broadband2go device from my computer. Rebooted. And am still unable to connect. I can't send any screen shots since I'm using my husband's computer.
