I have had trouble with them since they began and since ebay took them over they have only gotten worse. I will not use them, partially because of their practices but also the fact that most of my debit and credit card companies I use refuse to accept payments to or from Paypal. I have had three banks shut down my account because of Paypal use. AlertPay.com didn't even make your list, and they are much better than Paypal, although they do sometimes process payments from companies that are blocked by my bank, they are not in the habit of harvesting information. And Chase should definitely be banned. Even our government's Social Security refuses to allow them access to their funds.
